Competitive, intuitive website, coupled with a no-nonsense customer facing company.
The use of Google search-engine provided a plethora of florists; Sorting the best for display, content and price is time consuming. The old addage “buy cheap buy twice, often plays out to be factually true; The company were not the cheapest, the margins were narrow, however, the recipient (who had lost a loved one), was elated with the display, and I am confident that the company pulled it out of the bag for me.Never utilised this florist before, however, can openly state they provided an excellent service. The flowers requested were for a bereavement, and despite ordering mid morning of a Saturday; They delivered the same day, and I will add were very favourably priced in relation to some of their competitors (for both bouquet content, and cost), one are they trumped their Co petit tots was their delivery was less than 50% (for the same day delivery). Thank you and please continue your good work.

Appreciated the florist contacting me to tell me that due to some supplier problem no roses were available for the particular bouquet ordered.
They made good with flowers available which was fine as there was no specific requirement for the flowers to be roses.
The recipient was delighted with them which is all that mattered to me.
